The agency opens its doors
Sixteen clients are in the waiting room, each with three claims, one of them false. The ledger holds all sixteen slips, and you can take any of them: the chat opens on her words and she answers from there, remembering what you caught.
Setting up costs nothing. New licenses get 3 days with every client open, then walk-in terms of 10 messages a day, and a retainer removes the limit.
